Christian Voice Ireland (CVI) is excited to be hosting an online Day of Prayer for Ireland this Saturday 16th January from 11am - 3pm.
Over 40 pastors and leaders from the North and South of Ireland will be leading many hundreds of believers in prayer online over key issues affecting our nations at this time.
CVI spokesman Pastor John Ahern said that: “The focus will be on praying for our governments and frontline workers, the economy, mental health, the desire to see spiritual awakening on our shared island, along with many other prayer points.”
“We believe that as the Body of Christ comes together in unity, humility and repentance that God will command a much needed blessing in our time (Psalm 133:3).”
“In these dark days when hopelessness, fear and despair plague the hearts of so many, it is vital that we are using every weapon in our arsenal against Covid, and that includes prayer.”
“In light of the increased infection rates seen both North and South, along with the many economic and mental health challenges that are a consequence of the ongoing lockdowns and isolation, we believe that it’s vital that we humble ourselves before God and pray.”
CVI has reached out to every TD in Ireland asking for any prayer requests that they may have.
